The Academy Award, nominated Oscar nominees, is a prize given annually by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) to the best of the cinema industry. The ceremony is one of the most celebrated awards ceremony in the world and is broadcast live in more than 100 countries every year. The Academy Award is one of nine Academy Awards. Also in the media sector, it was the oldest awards ceremony, with awards such as the Grammy Award (for music), the Emmy Award (for television) and the Tony Award for theater afterwards. Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences by Louise B. Meyer was the director of the MetroGoldwin Meyer Studio.
